Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver the product to the shipping carrier.

Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Spin Zips LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Spin Zips LLC.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant SpinZips a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display that Feedback. We may remove Feedback at our discretion.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

You may not use the Services to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPIN ZIPS LLC AND SHOPIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

SECTION 17 – PRODUCT USE LIMITATIONS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You are responsible for proper installation and use. We do not guarantee performance outcomes or rule compliance in competitive play.

Adhesive results may vary based on surface condition and application. Removal may cause residue or surface changes.

You assume all risks associated with installation and use.

SECTION 18 – ARBITRATION AGREEMENT; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

Before initiating arbitration, you must email support@spinzips.com with your name, order number, issue description, and requested resolution. We will attempt informal resolution within 30 days.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules: https://www.adr.org/consumer

SECTION 19 – CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Disputes must be brought individually. No class or representative actions are permitted.

SECTION 20 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spin Zips LLC and Shopify from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of products.

SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 22 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and SpinZips.

SECTION 23 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign rights without our consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

SECTION 24 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Non-arbitrable matters will be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

SECTION 25 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
